What’s ahead
Roots to Leadership is building toward something bigger than any single gathering or program. Our community is the foundation. The learning, the partnerships, and the programming we are developing next extend that foundation into lasting infrastructure for nonprofit leadership. Service as the foundation. The learning we cultivate prepares people to lead by serving first.
Growth as the measure. What we build is judged by what participants carry forward into their organizations and their communities.
What We Are Growing Toward
A sector where leadership is cultivated with intention from the earliest stages of a career through the most senior rooms. Where emerging professionals, mid-career practitioners, and established leaders each have somewhere to grow that meets them where they are and readies them for what is next.
That vision shapes what we are developing. New ways for professionals to go deeper in their learning. New partnerships that extend the community across sectors and settings. New programming designed to deepen year over year so the people who grow with us keep finding new ground to stand on
